A Toronto kitchen with a weekend waiting list
Sweeter Than Memoriez started the way the best bakeries often do: a home baker, a family kitchen, and a recipe that neighbours couldn't stop asking for. Founded by ZeeZee, a passionate baker in Toronto, the shop is still small on purpose — every cookie, cake cup, and loaf is mixed from scratch in small batches, never from a box.
The name is the mission. These treats are meant for the table you actually sit at: movie nights, birthdays, office surprises, and the quiet Sunday when banana bread makes the whole house smell like home.
We bake for the Greater Toronto Area, with porch pickup in the Downsview area of North York. The exact address is shared once an order is placed and ready, plus weekend-fresh batches and a Thursday 6:00 PM cutoff so the oven schedule stays honest.
Quality is not a slogan here. Butter, chocolate, ripe bananas, real vanilla, ingredients you would recognize in your own cupboard, treated with the patience of someone who still tastes every batch. Our main staple is a focus on cookies: S'mores stuffed, Cookie Monster, Biscoff, Strawberry Crunch, and Cookies & Cream. Cake pops, tiny mini cakes, cupcakes, and banana bread are by special occasional drop only and sold on a first come, first serve basis.
This is a small kitchen with careful standards: a Thursday cutoff, pickup before 9:00 PM, and a promise that what you pick up on the porch was baked for your order, not waiting under a lamp. If you are celebrating something, or inventing a reason to, we would love to be the sweet memory in the middle of it.

Baking has always been something I loved experimenting with, and every time I tried a new recipe, it just seemed to turn out right.
I never thought about starting a business until one day I baked banana bread for my friends and they were completely blown away. They asked me to try making cookies next, and after just one bite, they wouldn't stop begging me to start selling them. I finally gave in.
In just my first 3 days, I sold out every single day. Making almost $300. Hearing people say these are the best cookies they've ever had is what keeps me going, and I truly love seeing how happy people get eating my homemade cookies. A joy I'd like to share with you.
Baking to me is all about having fun and doing something I genuinely enjoy that brings a smile to other people's faces. I love seeing someone happy because of something I made. The mission behind my business is simple, it's a side hustle that keeps me busy, focused, and saving up money while doing what I love, all while sharing delicious treats people look forward to.
